Gvalidated introduces a way for customers to identify applications which have been assessed by Genesys, and meet a stringent set of validation requirements. Customers can look for applications that carry the Gvalidated logo for greater confidence that the integration for the application they are buying:

  1. Has been developed according to approved methods and standards
  2. Was designed using Genesys tools
  3. Is documented through Genesys standards and methodology
  4. Has been successfully tested in a lab environment

Genesys applies strict qualification criteria, and builds relationships with Gvalidated partners which mean quicker and more effective reaction to customer issues.

Partners now have a way to differentiate their integration, and work more closely with Genesys to provide solutions to the complex requirements of our joint customers. Genesys will promote the Gvalidated program for industry-wide recognition and acceptance.
